Hello, Our application offered to users 4 consumable in-app item - each item is a period we will provide service. When user buy it our server verify transaction and update user account data in our database. In October we have 12 new orders and 2 were refunded. We were not noticed about the refunds - we got that only from the report. We have 2 questions: 1. How user can cancel an consumable IAP item? Seems that is impossible because it was delivered to client. If that is possible - are there any restrictions when user can ask to refund - because, for example if we provide him service for 1 year and he will ask to refund in 3 months after starting using - it means he used service 3 months for free. 2. How we can get notification about canceled orders and how we know, what same order has been canceled? Because for now client got the refund but we still provide him service. Logically we need to be informed what orders were cancelled to let us provide corresponded modification in our database.

Subscriptions - content that requires an entitlement or access rights to use, is bound by a period of time, that auto-renews, and is available on all eligible devices registered to the customer's Amazon account
