Different values between ("earnings reports" (0) / no "payment reports" for "DE") AND "Sales Reports" (minutes under Report), no Remittance Advice received

Different values between ("earnings reports" (0) / no "payment reports" for "DE") AND "Sales Reports" (minutes under Report), no Remittance Advice received. Only for "DE" Minutes?

Looks like the same problem as in September 2017 !?

Anybody else the same problem?
