Spotify's subscription model doesn't allow streaming on more than one device at a time, like you couldn't stream on your phone and TV.

You could play Spotify on one device and Pandora or Amazon Music on another.

In fact, it is impossible to use Spotify music with more than one Alexa device. You are allowed to stream Spotify music with your account on three devices including a tablet, a computer, and a mobile phone at the same time.

If you are very eager to connect Spotify to Alexa for listening without limitation, you could try to download Spotify music using Spotify music downloader. Then you can stream Spotify music to Alexa devices freely.

Spotify Premium doesn't support playing different stations on the different Alexa's. The only way to achieve this goal is to use different platforms. For example, play Spotify on one and play Amazon Music on the other one.

You can sync your Spotify playlists to Amazon Music so to get the same music library. But to some Spotify exclusive songs, you have to download Spotify to MP3 local files via a Spotify downloader. Then upload these local MP3 to Amazon Music.
