Anyone know how to set Parental Controls with Alexa Enabled?

The new Amazon Fire HD Tablet 10 is Alexa enabled. I want to restrict it so you cannot uninstall apps, change settings, or purchase anything but I still want Alexa enabled.

The 'child mode' prevents you from doing these things, but Alexa is also disabled.

I also tried downloading an "App lock" app. It requires you to enter a password to open certain apps, so I can restrict the settings app and prevent someone from changing anything. But there is a bug that still allows you to delete apps, even if they are locked.

Is there any solution to this problem?

Thank you
