Update on Recent Mobile Issue

Hi Everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that our team has informed me that the issue which was recently causing some listings to show as "Currently Unavailable" on mobile devices has been resolved! Thank you so much for all of your patience as our team worked to resolve it. If you still have designs that are affected by this issue, please send an email to merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com with a link to the design in question and information on the device you are using and the version of the app/browser. The team will be more than happy to use this information to fully investigate these cases.

Hi Elizabeth,

I still can't find my t-shirt on mobile app. I've send email merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com, He said that my shirt searchable when searching by ASIN and Brand.

"As your shirt is searchable by ASIN and Brand, this indicates that it is properly searchable on Amazon.com, please note that we are not able to comment on the placement or visibility of your product within search results on Amazon.com."

Can i have some explanation ? Why customer should type ASIN or my brand to find them?

LegendGuru, are you from outside of the US? If so you need to add a US based address in your Amazon account and then change the 'deliver to' to that address and then you will see your shirts again. Amazon has just recently added a localization filter so many people from outside of the US are not seeing their shirts or any Merch shirts. Give that a try and see if it fixes your problem.

I’m from outside @mayerose do you mean changing amazon account address to US or merch account .. I’m talking about merch designs not live on amazon site and on mobile site ... can you share more what this has to do with the amazon account address

Yes, just add a US based delivery address in your main Amazon account. Don't change your actual address. Under Your Account - Your Address you can have multiple addresses. For example I have my home address but I also have my work address so just add another address from somewhere in the US. After you have done that go to the main Amazon page and in the upper left hand corner there is a 'deliver to' link. Click on that and choose the US based address you just added. Now you will be able to see your merch shirts.

Recently Amazon added a localization filter so for many of us that live outside of the US we couldn't see our shirts or actually any merch shirts. Now that I have added a US address to my account I can see the merch shirts again. Hope that makes sense.

I should have added that this has nothing to do with if you are not able to find your shirts due to your title or keywords being too generic i.e. funny cat shirts. Yours will never be found with that type of title as there are way too many of them. When I clicked on my brand link they were totally empty until I added the US address. Also when I did a search no merch shirts were being returned in the search results. Now I see everything again.
