How do I disable the "underground" Amazon ad from my apps?

I installed the List Master app on my tablet. The app itself works great, but every time I open it it takes about 10 seconds for Amazon's "underground" ad to load. It's frustrating because the app itself loads within a second, but I can't do anything until after the ad has loaded. The ad itself is also infuriating because it reads "Everything in this app is free - and we do mean everything." Money and time go hand in hand, if I'm constantly having to spend time on this ad then the app isn't free. I would LOVE an option to pay for this app in order to remove the grief caused by loading this ad.

Any way to disable the underground ad or even pay money to get this free app ad free?

Found my own work around. Disabling the internet connection will prevent the ad from appearing, and it is quicker to disable and re-enable the connection than it is to wait for the ad to load.
