Why is Alexa Support extremely slow to respond/resolve issues?

Simple requests to suppress skills from the Alexa store are taking upwards of 10+ business days to receive an initial response and/ or resolution.
This is unacceptable for a paid service.

If these simple procedures were applied to the the Developer Console as they should be, we could manage these mundane requests much more efficiently.

Please improve the level of support as soon as possible.
