Why is the cloudLibrary app not available in the Amazon Appstore? It should be

There is the cloudLibrary app by bibliotheca that is not available for download on the Amazon Appstore. In order to download on KindleFire there are bunch of download steps that need to be taken, which defeats the purpose of having the device allowing apps and the Amazon Appstore. Please add this app to the store.
