Thanks for posting !!!

The issue is with the endpoint defined within events.

It must be valid. It's a chicken or the egg thing. You don't have an endpoint so you can't provide one but you must provide one for it to deploy, so the solution is to remove the events section of the skill.json file run ask deploy and then paste the JSON snippet into the skill.json file and then paste your ARN that was created when you did ask deploy.
