Alexa fre echo dot promo

Ive submitted two alexa skills for the promo where you can get the free echo dot. The first one did not pass the criteria checks and didnt publish. So i made a complete new skill and it got published. I submitted it and now i want to know am i eligible for the promo? I dont want to be trying to get the 100 unique users and then in the end it doesnt even count.
