Updated version Approved but not going live (3 days) ?

Hello, an update to my app was approved 3 days ago but so far it hasn't replaced the version that is being offered in the app store. I did not specify a "go live" date and I believe this normally meant it would go live upon approval. Has this changed? I can't see a "publish" button anywhere. Any ideas? Thanks!
