Why my app is incompatible with my Kindle Fire?

I made a new app, using the same SDK and tools and techniques of my old apps. And in the control panel that already approved new app is shown as compatible with the model I have of Kindle Fire (the first gen). But I cannot find the app on my device (but others of my company I can find fine) and when I see it in a browser it says it is not compatible with my Kindle Fire. Why?
