We published an app for global markets. But the app is not available in Germany. Currently we do not really know why and what we can do. Support answer was: "Thank you for writing in. While our goal is to offer a broad and compelling assortment to Amazon customers, not all apps that are currently available in Amazon Apps in the U.S. are available in marketplaces outside of the U.S." Any ideas what we can do?
