How so not Kindle compatible?

I have just updated my Isle of wight festival 2013 app to include a link to the official app. However the official app isnt on amazon yet so I havent modified the amazon version because thee is no point linking to google play I assume. However I have discovered that anyone trying to download to kindle fire are told that my IOW app may not be compatible. Why not? Other apps I have done are. I don't understand what is triggering that? I have just tried to add it to Kindle and the purchase went through (its free) but I cant find it on the kindle (its not my account or kindle) Isle of wight festival 2013
