At what time of day do apps become available?

Let's say that I have set an availability date of "Dec 31, 2013" for an app (under "Availability & Pricing" on my app page). At what time of day on December 31 will that app become available? It seems like there are three possibilities: - 12 AM (or 0:00 if you use 24 hour time), so the app is available for all of Dec. 31, 2013 - 12 "midnight" (24:00), so the app is not available at all on Dec. 31, 2013, but is available for all of January 1, 2014 - some other time during the day, so the app is available for only part of December 31, 2013 Which of those three is correct?

Hi Victor, Thank you for posting. Unfortunately, we can not predict the exact time when app would go live if a future date is set for availability. We initiate the automatic publishing process on the given day at a fixed time but depending on the app, this process time can vary. Once the status says "live" in the Amazon Mobile Apps Distribution Portal, the app will be available for purchase on Amazon.

Thanks for your reply. We'll assume that our app comes out on the selected date at some unknown time.
