How to cancel my own app update submission and review after finding a bug?

I just realized I submitted a binary with a bug as an update to my already existing app. How can I reject my own binary and cancel the review process and submit a new one instead? I don't want to wait for Amazon to reject it before sending in the correct binary. That wastes time.

the 'contact us' page says to check here first, so that's confusing. however, what's the answer here ? we're in the same boat.
