Not able to connect with my public DNS in Amazon EC2

I've created instance in amazon ec2 and trying to get my file directory from browser by giving public DNS address http://ec2-18-188-69-6.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com and getting this error in browser "This site can’t be reached". I tried to disable firewall from ssh by giving some command but i'm getting error 'you don't have privileges'. Kindly help me to solve my problem asap. Thanks
