Hi, I am working with an app that is already available for Kindle. We submitted an update awhile back, but we have not gotten an approval from Amazon yet, and if we don't have it by tomorrow, it will result in a huge loss for us. The iOS AppStore has a center that you can contact to speed up app review in such cases. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do to get this kind of emergency support from Amazon? Any/all information helps! Thanks!
Thank you for the response. What do we do when we have an emergency but there has been no response? Currently, we are waiting for over 24 hours regarding an inquiry through the customer support form, which we have followed up with a reminder, but there has been no response.
