how can i resubmit this app

hello, i was told by Amazon Apps Team :"We are contacting you regarding an application that you have submitted for sale through the Amazon Mobile App Distribution Program.

Your application contains content that violates our content guidelines or your Mobile App Distribution Agreement with us. You can find our content guidelines here: https://developer.amazon.com/help/faq.html#Approval. As a result, we have rejected your application.

If we find future instances where submitted content does not comply with our content guidelines or your Mobile App Distribution with us, we may terminate your Amazon Mobile App Distribution Program account.

Title Rejected:

Search Engine Of Kindle Fire Please do not resubmit this app or similar apps in the future."

now ,,i have changed this app name "Search Engine Of Kindle Fire" to "Search",,can i resubmit this app??i was told "Please do not resubmit this app or similar apps in the future",,how can i make this app able to resubmit?,thanks.

This thread has been locked because it refers to an individual vendor account or app status. Please see the announcement at https://forums.developer.amazon.com/forums/ann.jspa?annID=4. It also seems that perhaps there is some misunderstanding with regards to the response you received. The issue appears to be with the actual functionality of your app, not with the title of the app... If you have more specific questions, indeed, please do reach out to us via the Contact Us link when you are logged into the developer portal so that we can research your issues in a way that respects your privacy. Please also be aware that once you submit an app withdrawal request via the self-service feature, the request cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. If you would like to return a withdrawn app to the Amazon Appstore, please submit a version update via the "Add Upcoming Version" link. Thanks!
