After binary was uploaded by ftp where should I get the processed binary?

I'm following steps described here https://developer.amazon.com/sdk/gamecircle/documentation/submitting.html. - I just uploaded my binary by ftp as it has 41m size.(didn't click SUBMIT button yet but it is active now) So what I should do next? As I want to sign it with my signature after you will wrap it with DRM.

Allow up to 20 minutes for an email confirmation that your assets are processed and available. You will also receive an email if the uploaded asset is invalid or misnamed. Once the asset has been uploaded, finish any remaining steps and review your content one last time. After you have satisfied all the asset requirements, you will be able to submit your app to have it reviewed for inclusion in the store.

What happens if I receive no email at all after 20 minutes? It's been over 3 hours since I uploaded the binary.
