App doesn't show in Appstore II

I took your advice: "I would suggest that you resubmit the app for testing, and in the 'testing notes' section of the binary tab explain how your app differs from a book" I resubmitted the app explaining that the app had nothing to do with a book The app was approved and has gone live. It's only been two days so maybe there is a delay, but it once again appears on Amazon.com but does not appear in the Appstore for Kindle devices. I found the following discussion in the forums: "From our experience, we understand that Amazon has a two-tier approval process: the first tier is technical, and the second tier is business. We have concluded that when Amazon does not explain why an app is rejected for Kindle Fire, it likely means that Amazon has a business reason for rejecting the app." If this is true it is really bad on Amazon's part. I doubt my app will provide any competition, but rejecting an app and not providing a reason leaves the developer hanging – wondering "did I do something wrong?" Rejecting for a business reason is valid, but not telling the developer why it has been rejected is pathetic. Do you know why the app appears to been rejected for the Appstore once again? Barry.

This is the same nonsense response I was given to my original question. My app does not violate any content guidelines that I am aware of. It is available on Amazon.com, but I did not receive any email saying why it is not available for the Kindle. The app does contain.txt files. As I explained in the submission and testing notes, these files are not readable by the user, they are used to update a database without the possibility of overwriting user changes. If your testing tells you that these text files make it a book, then you need to fix your testing methodology. You also need to provide some truthful indication to the developer why an app is not available in the Kindle Appstore when it shown as accepted.
