Binary Not Being Replaced

We been trying to submit an update to one of our apps for the past 4 weeks. The first binary had an in-app issue which required developer attention. We then fixed the issue and resubmitted but again the testers said the issue still exists. We then double checked and re-uploaded (even with a new version code number) and again same issue. Afterward we contacted support and they asked for a dropbox link to our APK - they confirmed it works. We then re-uploaded the dropbox apk to the portal and again, the update was rejected due to the previous issue. It seems like the binary is not being updated or the test devices has our old APK. Anyone else have this issue? We have been going in circles with this binary issue.

Hi Anthony, I think you are not posting from the account that owns the app in question. I am unable to track the app. Please provide either app name or case id you have opened with us in order to get help on this. Thanks.

I'm having the exact same issue right now. My updated Binary won't replace the original version. Every time I push it to the test and download on my device its always the original version instead of the updated version. Was there a way around this or what am I missing?

Yesterday, I had the same kind of issue with the relatively new (8/13/2014) Live App Testing feature. The problem is that each time I ended a test and created a new one, when I uploaded the altered APK, instead of waiting for a few hours while the new APK went into production, it declared it to be instantly available, sent emails to my testers (just me at this point), but when I tested, the APK was exactly the same as before.

What got me past this was to rename the APK file prior to uploading it. Then, I got the normal delay and when I tested it was my newly-uploaded APK and not the old one.

So, this is just an idea, but you might try renaming your APK file prior to submitting it (just adding a number to the end of the name), on the theory that this bug is in code that is common to both the live app testing feature and the main submission process.

One caveat would be that once I uploaded in this manner, although that APK worked, I was unable to either edit or remove that test to create a new one after that. And that means that I am unable to upload a new test APK to the live app testing facility. So you might consider that something like that *could* happen to the submission process, as well.

My advise out there is for you to be wise before you invest in any binary option broker I was scammed 450,000$ by online broker but at last I found someone who help me to recovered all my lost funds back from a scam broker that stocked my capital with an unregulated broker, If you need assistance with regards of your lost funds from your broker or may be your broker manager asking you to make more deposit before you could make a withdrawal or your account has been manipulated by your broker manager or your broker has blocked your account just because they need you to make more deposit to your account. If you’re interested in getting all your lost funds back Kindly get in contact with Donald on donald1stan@gmail.com or viber on +18326856969 and he will guide you on the steps to recover all your lost funds.
