Developer Select failed on Mobile Ads for App without showing Ads?

Hi, My new app was just approved and its great for the short review time! But the Developer Select checking was failed on Mobile Ads which my app is not showing Ads. May i know why an app without showing Ads will failed on Mobile Ads checking? I have use the Contact Us to send an inquiry about the problem but not yet receive any reply. Before that, i have use the same Contact Us to send some inquiry about other problems but also not receive any reply after weeks. So, I doubt that is Contact Us the correct way to Contact Amazon for support? Thanks. Zinitter

We have indeed received your ContactUs and have re-verified it. Your app did not qualify ADS for due to inaccurate functionality in GameCircle.
