Our app is available on google play and the apple app store, fully polished app. I have personally tested it on Fire devices. Amazon sent me an email that it only passed testing on non-kindle devices. I used the "testing" page on amazon developer and everything passed completely. I have messaged support several times and always get the same response a basic link to how to make an amazon app. This is not helpful, we have no idea what needs to be changed. Does anyone know the next step to requesting a reconsideration? We have no idea what to change to please amazon, as I said even apple with their strict review process has approved our app.
