Unfortunately your issue seems to be a common one that no one seems to offer any solution for. I have an app that's been stuck in review for over 4 months now. Have opened numerous tickets to which a canned totally useless message was given. Posting here gets you a response from some Amazon person that they cant respond to you here for privacy reason and that you should open a ticket. It's a vicious cycle. To date I've yet to see anyone offer some advice as to what you can/should do to rectify the situation. I would love to hear from anyone at this point what the normal review time is.

Dear NickG@Amazon, we filled out the support request 4 times, and have only received automated generic emails that have no useful info. If you're not willing to discuss app-specific information here, then please provide a way to contact a real human being at Amazon.It has now been 2 months since we submitted, and we have no options - can't cancel the submission, can't delete the app, can't rename anything.

Unbelievably, our app is STILL stuck under review. We received one email suggesting that our app is more appropriate for Kindle Store, we responded immediately, and now 3 more weeks have gone by - with no communication. Hard to believe this from a company like Amazon.
