How long are you waiting for a response from a Contact Us request? I submitted one 10 days ago and haven't heard back yet. I need to reset my security profile so I can test GameCircle functionality and these delays are really affecting development.

I have been trying for weeks to get a response to urgent messages sent via the Contact Us console. My problem: The Developer Portal ignores my updates posted (via the edit>save>submit facility) in any category (price, description and images) which means the information on the relevant Amazon product page is wrong ! Is there any other way of raising competent response to problems such as this?
