Need to reboot kindle to view files on computer

Dear sir/madam, I am working with a propriety application that generates files to a specific folder. When i connect the kindle to my computer (usb), the files are not refreshed. Only after i reboot the kindle, i can view the updated files I tried it on several computers and i get the same issue I have the Kindle fire 8.9 Please advise Michael

Hi Michael, Thank you for posting. Can you please post the code how you are writing files to a specific folder?
