Skill I/O is only available when you invoke a skill that you created. Not showing json data?

The new test interface does not show the json data in test mode. The panes are there but there is this text: Skill I/O is only available when you invoke a skill that you created.

Well, I created the skill, so that is not the issue. In the old console the json data is showing.

How can I get to see the json data in the new console?

I don't have any of the things that are not working in the new console as mentioned here: https://developer.amazon.com/docs/devconsole/about-the-developer-console.html

I can see the json on the example test screen in the docs, if only i could see them in my own skill...

Hi, sorry for the frustration you are having. I have a quick question for you, we have a current feature about if a developer has multiple tabs logged into the same account - only the last opened tab will get the JSON IO. Is that the experience you had?

To resolve this go back to build and then come back to test again. Meanwhile, we are working with internal teams to improve the user experience. Thanks for your patience.

Also, could you please provide your skillId which you have this issue? You can also go to Contact us to report the issue and report your skillId there.

I have this same problem. Even going back to build and trying again does not work. Where's the old console?

I've tried making the developer console the ONLY tab open, still get the same message. I haven't been able to get this to work since the change.

Let me clarify this: you can keep other websites open in other tabs, but for developer console, you can only have one tab to get rid of JSON I/O not available message.Multiple tabs of developer console open will make the JSON I/0 not available message show up in all tabs except for the last opened tab.

Even I am facing the same issue , This is stalling the development . Could the amazon team provide an alternative to access the old version of the console ?

Got the same problem here. "Skill I/O is only available when you invoke a skill that you created." is shown. The development version endpoint is not called. Instead, the previous development endpoint (but not the Live one) is called. Very weird. Please fix.

if a developer has multiple tabs logged into the same account - only the last opened tab will get the JSON IO. Could you try closing other tabs?

I've found the same issue with all my 'Custom' skills. Even tried a single Chrome incognito window yet I get the same message reported above.

Hi there,

Please don't open more than one tabs logged into the same account. Only last opened tab will get the JSON IO. Please close all other tabs to see request and response JSON.
