Apps not visible 2013 Kindle Fires

Was curious if anyone else has come across this scenario before. I have an app that is visible on the first gen kindle fire and kindle fire hd series. I uploaded a new version, the app for the 2nd gen kindle fire series. The developer console says the app is compatible, yet when I search for it it doesn't show up in the apps tore for the 2nd gen kindle fire series. I tried reaching out to Amazon, but did not get any help, so was hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks

For this type of question, it would work best if you use the Contact Us link ( https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html) to reach out to us. If you make sure that you're logged into the developer site with the same credentials you use to submit and manage your applications before you actually submit the contact, we can be sure that we're indeed looking into the correct app and will be able to investigate further without exposing any of your proprietary/personal information on this forum. We do actively monitor the Contact Us submissions, and will respond promptly.
