A lot of crashes with Amazon KFTT, KFOT & Kindle Fire

Hi, I have a lot of trouble with my App "Remote with DJ & Up Next for iTunes Trial". !!!!! But only with the Amazon devices. !!!!! I see follwing errors (Crash Reports): "java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError" & "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException" ! The same App is available on Google Play and there I have no problems... Did I need special enviroment to get my App running an Amazon devices? I use the ordinary Google SDK without any special settings for Amazon. [Android 4.1.2(API16): android:minSdkVersion="7" android:targetSdkVersion="16"] For me it looked that amazon is using an "abused" Android version. Regards Erdal

I see also in the reviews of another Apps that there are a lot of problems with the Amazon devices: All time it's the same: "it dose not work on my kindlier Fire..." "I could not get it to work at all on my daughter's Kindle Fire..." "Unfortunately this app does not work on my kindle..." "This was the most frustrating experience I have had with my Fire..." ...

Hey Amazon, Are you blind? These above reviews where from another App!! Also I see such same reports for other Apps... The Kindles makes a lot of trouble !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wake up Amazon!

Hi The crash reports are provided for the developers to get the information from app users and help developers to debug the code if any issues with the code. If you think any of specific crash reports that you would like us to review, the best possible way is to log a contact us and get the issue reviewed on a one-one basis. We need to focus on specific issues to assist with the resolution. Deepak
