newbie - publishing android app to amazon

Hi, I am just getting started at Amazon. I have a few engineering android apps on Google and I would like to see if I can publish them at Amazon. I downloaded the SDK, but don't know what to do with it. Is there a guide somewhere? Also, are these apps intended for the Kindle only, or can a user download them for their android smart phone, which is more my interest. Cheers, Jacques

Hi Jacques, Welcome to Amazon Appstore. Yeah, you can absolutely publish your apps to Amazon appstore by implementing Amazon IAP in your apps. Apps in Amazon are for Android based tablets and phones.
