I'm not in good standing in the Amazon community?

I was replying to reviews left on my game. Just now I found that all my replies were deleted and when I tried to post the system prompt me that "You must be in good standing in the Amazon community to post". I'm not sure what I did wrong or why this happens. Please help. Thanks!

Please be civil on this forum. This was also posted over 3 years ago. Regardless, a 'contact us' is a one to one case that can be raised directly with Amazon using the provided link.

Hi Sujoy - Thanks for the help. I tried replying to the email you sent me but the address you sent me the email from was a no-reply address, so I couldn't reply directly. FYI, I was using my own account binglongyang at gmail dot com. Our company is called Funplus Game.

its stupid. I'm trying to post a QUESTION as is to why the Fire HD10 suddenly went off the market out of nowhere. Doesn't matter, I have the right to post a question no matter where my "standing" is

I understand but thread's age is a bit irrelevant here. But anyway, I can't even comment on reviews anymore either since I had this problem, can't ask any questions, and can't post in customer discussion forums because I see the message... I need to know how to correct this nonsense
