My application has successfully passed through the App Testing Service without any issues. However when I install the App onto an Emulated device (KindleFireHDX893rdGeneration) and attempt to run it I receive "Application has stopped" dialog box. Where should I begin to debug this issue? Is there a debug utility embedded within the emulation? Thanks.
Sujoy, Thanks for the advice. I will look into Logcat & see what happens. I am very new at android development and trying to port over an application that has already launched on iOS called Pathogen:
Logcat did indeed provide a good amount of information to get started. The application I am creating utilizes Adobe AIR & is exported with a captive Runtime. The Emulator I had setup had specified that the Kindle HDX 8.9 was using an Intel CPU. This appears to have been the issue. When switched to an ARM CPU my application did finally launch. Through some investigation Adobe AIR does not seem to support Intel processor based devices Thank you for your assistance, - Zach
