I live in Spain, can I develop for Alexa?

As a developer living in Spain, can I create skills for Alexa, that will handle/connect to my services/servers. They should be used on US only basically.

Hello Fernando,

Thank you for posting on the forum. At this time it is not possible to create skills in Spanish, however you can be located anywhere to create skills in US English or any other supported language. You can use an Echo device that is set up in US English or the simulator in the developer portal to test your skill.
