upcoming Version was rejected,but didn't give reasons

i added a upcoming Version for app,,but rejected,i don't know why,the rejected email didn't told me the specific issues.

hi sujoy, my app has same content,sometimes was approved , some times was rejected,i do not know why? for example,i updated my app on May 19 ,it's approved,and then i added upcoming version on May 21,it's rejected.So, i rollbacked the upcoming version to the approved version on May 23,but rejected again. the first updating and the third updating has the same content,but result is different.
