Where can I find the package name of existing binaries?
Amazon is by far the hardest platform to develop. I ask a question and it takes weeks. Typically I give up. I am trying to upgrade an app I have called xxxxxxxxx. Upload says, wrong-package-name. Q: How can I find the package name that it wants? thanks Message was edited by: Anshul@Amazon
Hi James, You can find the package name under "Binary file" section of the "Binary File(s)" tab of your app on Mobile App Distribution Portal. If you find any issues in determining the Package name, then Please raise a ConatctUs (

Hello James, Since you asked us via our contact us link at:
https://developer.amazon.com/help/contactus.html . In the context of a Unity game, yes these settings would be under the Edit menu -> Project Settings -> Player Specifically within the Android tab of the Inspector. On your "Current Version" of your app, when you go to the Binary files tab of your application, we do display the appropriate information for your application, and for your reference, I have placed Package goes in Bundle Identifier Version Name should be changed to a higher version and placed in Bundle Version Version Code should be incremented and placed in Bundle Version Code Hopefully this helps answer your questions in regard to submitting an update for your game.
