I submitted an app for Live App Testing early last week. Almost a week later, the test is still in the "publishing" state, not available to testers, and I can't do anything to change it.
I have sent 2 emails about this via the contact form and have received no reply.
Is there a problem with LAT?

I am having this problem as well. Did you ever find a solution?
I finally got a message that said, "The submitted APK has too many methods for our system to successfully process." At that point, the state of the test changed to Pending and I was able to replace the binary associated with the test. Not sure why it took more than a week for that to happen--seems like that should've caused a quick rejection.
What's the solution for this issue besides contacting support and waiting?
