Video issues

I have an app out in the amazon store that was working and now is having video issues left and right. The app is called My Rise Player.apk. The video issues I'm having is after there first initial run they stop working. Sometimes they will play for a while other times the video stops and hangs. Then the app will restart and start over and videos play for a while and then stop or pause briefly. The errors I'm getting is one of three things. In the Logcat I'm getting: AudioSystem ioConfigChanged() closing unknown output! 74(this has random numbers) this can kill the player or briefly pause it. MediaPlayer media player went away with unhanded events the other is a buffer queue but it only shows up randomly and couldn't reproduce. In my app I'm using my own webview but this also happens with the device webview as well. I ran the same app on other devices with 4.2.2 and have no issues so this is something within the device native player. This also might help others who are seeing the same video issues. If you download the player and put this id J4QFSMFBGRQ6 in you will see the errors. You might get chromium errors but those are no issue.

I replaced the video presentation and added the correct videos for testing. I accidentally deleted the video for this to be tested with but it should be back up. Please take a look asap. This is effecting a lot of signs right now and i need to know if something is wrong. Thanks

Is amazon going to respond to this? At least give me something. Been waiting on a response since september. How long does it take to check this out?

Sorry for the late response. I ran the app as you instructed but was unable to reproduce the issue on Fire TV. There are three videos that keep playing serially one after other in loop. I do not see any videos that stop or pause unexpectedly on their own. I did see the following error in logcat during the video transition: 10-16 00:01:55.628 19881-19932/com.myrisegtv.riseplayer E/chromium﹕ [ERROR: webmediaplayer_android.cc(322)] Not implemented reached in virtual void content::WebMediaPlayerAndroid::setRate(double) 10-16 00:01:55.628 19881-19881/com.myrisegtv.riseplayer E/MediaPlayer﹕ Uri is http://localhost:9494/video.mp4?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.scottsdigitalsignage.c... 10-16 00:01:55.898 330-21764/?
