Sales Report BUG

Hi Normally we have lots of downloads, last 3 days all reports are showing in zeros. Any issues with reporting? thanks

Mine reports are showing the same. Normally many downloads, but the last few days have been straight zeros.

I have the same thing, reporting shows all my app downloads have dropped off since the beginning of September. I even downloaded one of my own apps yesterday, but it still shows download count at 0

Mine too. Dropped to zero on September the 1st, hasn't updated since. Downloaded a few of my own app's on Wednesday to make sure there was no problems on that side. Plus I did a coin App promotion on Tuesday, it shows that coins was rewarded, but didn't show any reports for it. Message was edited by: Lee Bardsley

I received an email from Amazon saying they are aware of the issue and their internal teams are looking into it

I have the same thing. My report shows the download count is so poor, almost straight zero.
