Let me just go ahead and give you the answer directly from the Merch support handbook of useless responses.
Thank you for the question. We aren't able to provide any direct guidance on policy. For any questions related to the Merch by Amazon Content Policy, please review that page here. For more information, you can also review the intellectual property section of our FAQ page here.
Just don't do it. be orginal.
Bitcoin is not a trademark, is free to use as a regular symbol. What you are saying is like not to use letter A or B or # because is not original.
Just cause it isn't trademarked doesn't mean you wouldn't be infringing on someone's intellectual property... two VERY different things. If you didn't design the logo, don't use it. It's not yours.
In order to use a bitcoin or any other company logo, it is important to ask permission from that particular company professionally and legally so that there won't be any copyright or any other legal issue in the future for you and your company. For designing aesthetic logo designs for either t-shirt or any other medium, there are few online logo design services that design aesthetic and copyright logos for their clients that can be used anywhere for branding purpose as well.
I would like to know is bitcoin visual considered a logo or currency symbol like $, €, etc. Anybody knows its legal status?
Bitcoin has no status because it is not a currency. Legally, a currency has to meet certain criteria that bitcoin does not meet. Bitcoin is a product with any Logo.
