Upcoming Version of our app is stuck in "Approved" status

We recently submitted an update to an existing app that went into review and was approved within a couple of days. However, the app is stuck in the "Approved" state for 72 hours and has not gone live yet. This is a seasonal app update for Halloween and we need to get it live ASAP. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation before? How long does it typically take to change from "Approved" to "Live." Any input/suggestions would be very helpful. Thanks!
