Can't find Amazon App Tester

Can't find it anywhere on the store following the instructions in the documentation. Ran 5.01, thought I might have to update to the developer preview but still no dice. Web App Tester can be found under Apps/Utility, but this doesn't seem to be usable for binaries. We're in Sweden, so I'm wondering if perhaps it might be down to a region lock?
