New echo show no longer working

Hi, I received an echo show as a prize at reInvent late last year and I've finally configured it.

It was working great yesterday, I was using a few US-based apps as my amazon account was created for the US region and I've got 3 other echo's set up and using it (note: I'm in Australia, where the echo was recently released).

Now I woke up this morning and the echo show will not respond to anything, not even a "hello". The blue bar appears as if it's listening, but then nothing happens for any request at all. I have done a factory reset 4 times now with no luck.

What I DID notice however, was that the device appears as "offline" on alexa.amazon.com, and it appears as "online" on alexa.amazon.com.au.

I'd prefer to keep it on alexa.amazon.com as all of my home automation devices are using that, and my existing 3 echos all use that without a problem, as well as certain apps not existing in the AU region yet.

Is there any way to do this? how do I get all my devices to use alexa.amazon.com instead of alexa.amazon.com.au? (I also just bought 2 spots and they're also appearing on .com.au). Could something else be causing this device to not respond to me whatsoever?

Thank you! they changed my marketplace back to amazon.com from amazon.com.au and this fixed all my devices. Appreciate it!
