App suppressed and no answer from support

My video player application for Fire TV was suppressed, because, as stated in the email, some customer could not connect the app to his server and provided a screenshot. I believe that it wasn't bug in my application. So, I reproduced all the steps (no problems, of course) and had sent a description + Youtube video over Amazon Developer support page (Case# 1246281771). That was almost a week ago. No reply from support and I can not sell my app. Looks like you can block any competitor's app by saying that is behaves wrong and providing some screenshot...
