Developer Select Status change from Pending-Success-Sorry

Dear Amazon, Can we know whats wrong with the developer select system? Our app developer select status is pending after app approved to publish. Then after many days, it turn to success and scheduled for promotion. But after weeks, it sudden turn to sorry and stated our app failed for developer select checking on mobile ads AGAIN! Yes, AGAIN which our app is not showing any ads and you keep giving me the same failure reason? We take time and effort to provide a better quality app. If our app not fit the requirements, please stated the exactly error. Don't stated its qualified for developer select and changed it after weeks. The Amazon Contact Us is another failed system! The auto reply email stated the case is opened and your team member will follow up as soon as possible. But it always have to wait several weeks to get a reply for a critical problem. However, after investigation we found that your app does not meet the Amazon Creative Acceptance Policies, is not eligible for an ad campaign via the Appstore Developer Select program, linked below for your reference. http://www.amazon.com/b/?&node=3055298011 For the full Appstore Developer Select program requirements, please refer to the following document. DougM, After waiting for so many days, one of our app Developer Select status turn into Success. However, the Promotion Campaign scheduled still in stopped status. Start Date : 01-Oct-14 End Date : 01-Nov-14 Status : Stopped We do not understand why you said our app does not meet the Amazon Creative Acceptance Policies which passed the Developer Select Program. Can you state clearly about the problems which make our app failed on the policies? We believe that Amazon create Developer Select Program is to attract more developers to publish their apps in Amazon App Store. Yes, it success attract us at earlier. But now it turn into problems which discourage us to publish our apps in Amazon App Store. It is not about the Developer Select Program, it is about the time needed to solve a simple problem. 1. The contact us reply time is unbelievable long. 2. The real problem failing for the Developer Select Program is not stated clearly. 3. Treat a paid app and a non-paid app as a same app for checking. Paid app not showing Ads, non-paid app showing Ads. But you keep stating the Paid app failed on Developer Select Program for showing Ads.
