Devpost Alexa skill and Amazon monthly skill giveaway

I have registered for this Devpost Alexa Kids Skill competition with my skill Science Buddy. I was wondering if I would then be able to submit my skill for the monthly Amazon Alexa Skills Kit giveway here.

We do not allow developers to use the same skill for multiple promotions, please select only one promotion per skill.
