I have a question about compliance with cryptography export laws. I'm confused by the wording of the checkbox under the "binary" tab in the developer console:
"I certify this App may be imported to and exported from the United States and all other countries and regions in which we operate our program or in which you've authorized sales to end users..."
I'm thrown off by the "or." Does the above mean that I only need to be authorized to import and export from countries that I have selected for the app's release, or are there other countries I need to consider (the ones "in which you operate your program")? If the latter, what countries would those be?
Please don't point me to the FAQ question "Am I responsible for import and export compliance?" I already know that I am, and that question's answer does not provide an answer to the above question.
