Can't contact merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com [URGENT!]

I haven't received ANY of my revenue from EU sales (UK and DE).

The correspondence from Amazon has been awful, and responses take weeks. And now, I need to contact them as I am still yet to receive any EU payments since I started in JUNE, but the email bounces back saying the 'sender thread limit has been exceeded'.

Does anyone know if there is a phone number, as this is getting unacceptable and I am edging on taking legal action.

Did you ever get this figured out? Im interested in knowing how things turned out because I'm dealing with the same thing. I received 2 months of royalties then the next month nothing! They said test transactions failed? well if the 2 months worked why didnt the last 8 months work? Ive been dealing with this going on 9 months now! it's so frustrating!!!!

Thank you for your question @Adam Canfield. While I understand your frustration in this case, unfortunately we are not able to help with questions on royalty payments here on the forums. I would recommend that you continue working with merch-sellers-contactus@amazon.com. While they are not able to offer phone support, they are always happy to assist you with any inquiries via email.

Dear Amazon,

For a billion dollar company, making billions if not trillions of dollars, from sellers like the one above, you could at least have the decency to call them back to resolve their issue. Furthermore, it is hard to believe that Amazon doesn't have a working Customer Service department, specifically for Merch by Amazon. Unexceptable!

its all ai bots on the basic levels, then if need be a human intervenes.

Did you ever get this sorted? I am missing two months of payments March and April royalties. And my bank has not found any issues on our end. It's definitely Amazon's problem. I'm getting desperate trying to deal with Amazon's awful email support.

I was receiving regular payments from Merch for two years. I have received three remittance notices this year but NO PAYMENT. My bank says its a problem at the Amazon end. contactus@amazon.com have not responded to my numerous email enquiries. None of my personal, tax or banking details have changed. One should not be left in limbo without a response - let alone - no royalty payments for my many man-hours of work for the company. Very disappointing.
