Can anyone suggest a good skill template for a motivational quotes?

I'm new to this and looking to learn how to build an Alexa skill that quotes a specific person (my CEO). I need it to randomize the quotes so it's not the same quote each time. Even better would be a skill template that would allow me to utilize audio to do this. Many of the examples I'm seeing so far don't quite meet my needs, so I'm hoping someone has a good resource.

Any fact skill templates will do it. Just replace the word fact with the word quote and include the list of quotes.

As far as bringing a sound or an .mp file, you have to customize the fact template to include .mp file instead of text. There are very strict rules what kind of .mp files Alexa can read, there are time limits, and you have to use a 3rd party software (Audacity or ffmpeg) to convert your .mp file into format that Alexa can read. Inspirational quotes should make someone feel something. A strong inspirational quote will provide motivation and encouragement – and will make you feel like you can accomplish something. A good quote is a priceless pearl of wisdom that has the power to change your perspective and can stick with you for life.
