Keep 90 Day Expired Designs Live In Pending Mode Until After The Q4 Freeze

With the Q4 freeze in full affect, since we can't upload, why not just keep the expired designs live and in "pending removal" status until after the holiday or when uploading resumes. Seems easy enough and could increase profits for all parties.

If you mean stopping the clock on designs that haven't sold yet until after the "throttling" ends, I think that's a good idea and the fair thing to do. I'm not betting the farm on Merch/Amazon doing what's fair, though.

I don't know about other designers, but one of Merch's great selling points for us was the opportunity to get into Amazon search and get discovered by buyers who wouldn't otherwise hear of us, or whom we would have to work awfully hard and spend lots of money in advertising/PR to find. But the Great Throttling eliminates that. Does Merch understand that it has kicked the props out of the thing that probably makes it the most attractive as a business proposition, and at the most important time of the year?
